Winter Break Reading List Edition:
If you're a regular at my blog, you know that I'm a high school senior and, up until January 3rd (*does happy dance*), I have winter break right now. Sooo, of course I compiled a list of books I want to read during my free time that I wouldn't normally have the time to read.
Some of the following books I either own or am in the process of acquiring, so In My Mailbox this Sunday should be fun :)

Why I Want to Read It: This is indeed a Young Adult book blog, but I looove reading adult romance/paranormal romance books on the side when I have the time, and everybody seems to be terminally gaga for this series so I'm expecting awesome, awesome, awesome things. And, hullo, it's VAMPIRES. 'Nuff said.
The Glass series by Maria V. Snyder

Why I Want to Read It: I'm already deeply in love with Maria's work. Touch of Power was my first taste and WOW. So I went on to read her Poison Study series and I'm almost done and completely smitten (VALEK!). There's going to be a very short break after I finish Fire Study to Storm Glass.

Why I Want to Read It: Greek mythology retellings are MY THING. Love reading 'em, but lately I've been kind of disappointed in that department. Still, Cupid and Psyche's story is one of my favorites to read retold so hopefully it's as good as it looks. I bought this for $0.99 at Amazon for my Kindle!

Why I Want to Read It: Before you say it, I KNOW. But I was gifted the box set for Christmas with all three books inside and frankly, I've been craving these books so I'm out to read the first one very soon. Who else is excited for the movie? *raises hand*

In this hilarious and bittersweet tale, Sarah Mlynowski mines the heart and mind of a girl on her own for the first time. To get through the year, April will have to juggle a love triangle, learn to do her own laundry, and accept that her carefully constructed world just might be falling apart . . . one thing-she-shouldn't-have-done at a time.
Why I Want to Read It: Another one I've heard great things about. It's supposed to be really funny and crazy, so I'm excited! This is another one I purchased for $0.99 over at Amazon.
